The Origins of Kukui Nui

As the State Tree of Hawaii, the kukui tree is a symbol of peace,
enlightenment, and light. It's oily nuts were commonly used as candles thus it's common name, the candlenut tree. The Hawiian word "nui" refers to greatness or abundance. Through excellent craftsmanship and quality materials, we at Kukui Nui strive to provide you with great quality lighting.

    All of the sconces are made of copper sheet metal with mica sheet light diffuser. Copper is an excellent material for outdoor applications as it will develop a beautiful patina over time.
